Paul Howarth’s novels, Only Killers and Thieves (HarperCollins) and Dust Off the Bones (Pushkin Press), have been published to international acclaim, the former winning the Barnes & Noble Discover Prize for fiction and being shortlisted for numerous other prizes, receiving starred reviews from Kirkus, Publishers Weekly and Library Journal, and being named Book of The Year by both the Times and the Sunday Times. His non-fiction has appeared in the Guardian, the Big Issue, Metro, History Today, and CrimeReads. Paul is a Royal Literary Fund Fellow and holds an MA in Creative Writing from UEA, where he was awarded the Malcolm Bradbury Scholarship. He currently lives in Norwich with his family.
