Lucy Luck Associates deducts the following levels of commission (plus VAT where applicable) on all income received on the authors' behalf:

15% commission on all income received for sales made in the United Kingdom, for journalism and broadcasting contracts.

15% on sales of Film and TV rights.

20% for foreign rights sales, and sales of US, Canadian and Australian rights.

In addition, LLA has the right to reimburse itself for expenses incurred in purchasing books for submission.  This always in consultation with the author. 

There is a 60 day notice period, actionable by either party.  LLA will be entitled to all future commission due on contracts negotiated by the agency.
