Lucy Luck started in publishing in 1997, and worked for over 8 years at Rogers, Coleridge and White Ltd.  In 2006, she set up Lucy Luck Associates, an agency focusing on writers of quality fiction and non-fiction.  During her time at RCW she was fortunate to work with many talented writers including Julie Myerson, Anne Enright, Bernard MacLaverty, Miles Kington, Stella Tillyard, Richard Overy, Lisa Jardine, and Donna Tartt.  Her interests tend towards edgy, thoughtful fiction and quirky non-fiction, although she has found there are always exceptions to any rules. 

In 2008, Lucy Luck Associates joined with Aitken Alexander Associates as an associate agency.

Foreign rights and Film and TV rights are handled by Aitken Alexander Associates.  American, Canadian and Australasian rights are handled by Lucy Luck, either directly or in association with experienced agents based in those territories.
